We Have a Winner!

Tony Sanchez, Jr. of Hutchinson is the winner of our contest to name the new Inspired Brisket Taco.

Sanchez suggested the name “El Guapo’s Brisket Taco.” El Guapo is Spanish for "The Handsome one."

For winning the contest Sanchez receives $1,000 in cash and his name next to the taco in the new Carlos O’ Kelly’s menu that will arrive in restaurants this May.

The taco is the most popular new menu item at Carlos O’ Kelly’s. The taco features a slow roasted beef brisket, topped with poblano cream sauce, Monterrey Jack cheese, diced poblano peppers and hatch green chilies. It’s given a unique look with a golden crown of oven baked cheese.
